Mold Remediation

In October 2001, California became the first state to pass mold legislation into law. The States Toxic Mold Protection Act, Senate Bill 732(SB732) includes “groundbreaking regulations” that specifically address the toxic mold issue.

Environmental Mitigation Services Inc feels it is important that trained professionals remove the mold growth. Our technicians are trained in containing the area where the mold will be removed to eliminate any cross contamination.

EMS uses industry standard industrial strength HEPA Vacuums, Air Scrubbers and Dehumidifiers. We believe it is in the best interest of the client to hire Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or an Environmental Consultant. The CIH works directly for the client and provides protocol for EMS. When the work is complete the CIH will provide post testing to assure that the mold has been removed and all the work has been completed to industry standards.
