Water Damage Restoration

When water damage happens in either residential or commercial property, it is important to begin the remediation as quickly as possible.

Environmental Mitigation Services Inc. will need to determine the source of the damage. Our technicians are equipped with moisture meters and thermo imaging cameras to determine how much of the property has been affected. With water-damaged properties the EPA recommends the drying procedure to begin within 24 hours of the water intrusion, to minimize the possibility of mold growth.

EMS along with the property owner will discuss the avenues to take in order to minimize disruption and get the property back to pre-loss conditions as quickly as possible by extracting the water and setting up industrial strength dehumidifiers and air movers.
